The world is evolving and adapting at an incredible pace. While Africa has been touted as the next bastion for growth and the continent’s average future population is envisioned as being young and female, Mapule Malau set out to create LadycOde. If the saying “the future is female” is true, then LadycOde seeks to play a part in ensuring that the female of the future is equipped and skilled with the tools that will ensure her success in an unrelenting world.

LadycOde is an EdTech non-profit company aimed at empowering semi-rural communities through technology literacy. We empower and educate through the design and implementation of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics ( STEAM)-related programs, with a particular focus on Introduction to Data Science & Machine Learning.

Mission:

To increase participation of African students, particularly girls and women, in STEAM programs through experiential learning.

Vision:

To use our programs as a tool to teach, educate and empower rural, semi-rural and disadvantaged communities across the globe.
